Check whether the devices are connected through Fleet
Automatic multi-device sync is a Fleet feature. Confirm that CoW is installed and connected to the same Fleet account on both devices.
Local plans do not move data between devices
Deckhand and Captain store data locally, so their bookmarks will not appear on a separate device unless you use Fleet sync.
