Permissions support the features you use
CoW requests bookmark permission to import and organize the Chrome bookmarks you choose. Storage and unlimited storage support its bookmark collections and settings, while active-tab permission lets you save the page you are currently viewing.
It does not request Chrome history permission
CoW does not use Chrome's browsing-history permission. It only receives website information when you browse a page and choose to select the CoW icon.
