Yes, Captain and Fleet users can customize bookmark icons
Open Edit on the bookmark, then use the icon controls to get or upload a custom image. Save the bookmark when the icon looks right.
Make important links easier to recognize
A custom icon can make frequently used or visually similar bookmarks easier to find in any CoW layout. After uploading, resize the selection and choose the part of the image you want to use as the icon.
