Bookmark folders are most useful when they represent a clear topic, project, or part of your life. Keep names simple so you can recognize them quickly later.
Use Caves and Chests for a flexible structure
In Caves of Wonders (CoW), a Cave is a top-level space for a collection, and a Chest is the equivalent of a bookmark folder. You can create unlimited Caves and Chests, then add inner Chests when you need more detail.
If you import Chrome bookmarks, your existing folders become Chests in an Imported Cave.
